FAQ
1) "When will my order be shipped?"
- Orders are packaged and shipped Mon - Fri. Typically takes 1-2 business days to ship
2) "My order says delivered, but I didn't receive anything. What do I do?"
- When orders leave our HQ, they are in the hands of USPS. USPS sometimes marks things as delivered when they have not been delivered. Wait 48 hours for your order and if it hasn't been received in that time frame, contact your local USPS location for more information. Goyana is not responsible for stolen, lost, or misplaced packages, as well as incorrect addresses
3) "What do I do if I realized I ordered the wrong size?"
- Goyana has a 14 - day exchange policy after the delivery date. Items must be unworn to exchange sizes. Once the order passes procedure, the correct size will be shipped out. It is the customers responsibility to ship the order back
